RETURN DUE TO CONCERNS
GOLDEN VIPERS INTRODUCES THE '' RETURNS ''
GOLDEN VIPERS accepts returns due to concerns as long as it concerns standard webshop products (custom quotes and configuration orders are not included), we receive a request for return within 9 days of receiving the product and the products are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and transportation must be arranged by yourself. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed into a credit for a future purchase. We will notify you via email once this is complete.
GOLDEN VIPERS will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund the value of any shipping costs paid.
GOLDEN VIPERS will honor all valid warranty claims for basic products (not custom products) provided a claim is submitted within 14 days of receipt of the items. Customers will have to pay for return shipping in advance but we will refund you after a successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of returned items, you can expect GOLDEN VIPERS to process your warranty claim within 14 days.
